In the heart of Stillorgan, a spark ignited in our wood-fired oven, marking the beginning of Casanovas Woodfire and Wings. It was the winter of 2020, a time when we decided to bring a culinary revolution on wheels.

Our food truck, with its flaming heart and soul for pizzas and wings, started its journey in December 2020. Since then, we have been a beacon of delight in South Dublin, serving as one of the premier food trucks and caterers in the area. Our passion is fueled by the art of crafting perfect pizzas and the magic of savory wings.
